Service Performance in 2007
Despite not publishing an official SLA, we have collected our performance statistics for this year and are proud to report the following availability information.
During 2007, our primary DNS, web and SQL services were available 99.987% of the time. E-mail and secondary DNS services were available 99.988% of the time. This equates to between 60 and 70 minutes of downtime throughout 2007, which includes time taken during scheduled maintenance.
Our network currently stretches across two continents, and has been operating since 2002.
